Simply place an order online via Book Now on our website, facebook page(xpressironing.mu), Whatsapp chat, email (xpressironingltd@gmail.com) and via phone (+230-5975-8740). One of our agents will collect your items in our X-Press laundry eco bags (provided on collection) and take them back to our cleaning facility, where our specialists will expertly clean your clothes. We’ll then deliver your items back at a time suitable for you.

All you’ll need to itemized laundry in advance. After that, sit back, relax, and wait for one of our agents to arrive. If you don’t have an X-Press bag, don’t worry – we’ll provide these for you when we arrive.

For future orders, you can ask our agents to leave you some spare X-Press bags on delivery to save you even more time!

Yes, we do. While we are usually successful on removing stains, we cannot guarantee a complete success. Always remember it will increase the odds of you pre-treat the stain prior our pick-up.

Our standard turnaround is 3-4 days and is included in our service depending upon region (no extra fee). If you need it back sooner you can request ugent delivery. If you have any questions, feel free to call our customer care team for assistance.

We charge per item as we believe this method is in the benefit of our clients. Prices on the rate card include Wash Dry & Press. Our Ironing – only service has a different fee.

Hanging and Folding is done according to your preferences. Items that are not clothing (tablecloths, cleaning rags, etc.) are priced based on the quantity and other processing requirements.

Payment is made upon delivery of your order.

All your garments are protected under our 24h Quality Guarantee policy, which means if you’re unhappy with how your items have been cleaned, simply let us know within 24 hours and we can organise a free re-clean.

Over time, you may find yourself with a few extra hangers or packaging that you don’t need anymore. You can hand these over to our agents on either your next collection or delivery and we will recycle them for you! Our wire hangers and plastic poly bags are fully recyclable.

And to be even greener, we have implemented coded organic eco bags for all pickups.
